Fulfilment origin and processing
Our apparel is manufactured and supplied from China. Orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China. Orders normally take 3–7 business days to be produced and delivered to our domestic freight forwarder in China. International transit time starts when the freight forwarder receives the shipment.
Shipping method
Orders use standard international shipping from China through our freight forwarder, with local carrier delivery at the destination. The carrier and tracking number are provided after dispatch.
Delivery estimates and delays
Estimated international transit is 7–30 business days, depending on the destination, in addition to the 3–7 business-day processing time. Customs clearance, carrier disruption, public holidays and public-health restrictions may cause delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$79 or more for any supported destination. Item count alone does not qualify an order for free shipping.
Orders under the free-shipping threshold
Apparel orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$79 are charged the standard destination rate: US$7 per item to the United States; the existing per-order rates remain US$6 to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and most supported European countries, US$8 to Canada, and US$10–12 to selected longer-distance destinations. The exact supported-country rate and estimated 7–30 business-day transit window will be calculated before payment.
Headwear shipping
Ear warmer headbands ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and our supported European destinations for US$7 per item on orders below US$79 after discounts. They qualify for free standard shipping when the discounted merchandise subtotal reaches US$79. For mixed orders below the threshold, headwear is charged per item and any apparel retains its existing destination shipping rate. Other destinations retain their standard rates.
Duties and tax
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination. Strange Mammal will apply the required checkout tax treatment for registered markets; any amount not collected at checkout may be charged by customs or the delivery carrier. Orders are declared at their actual purchase value.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking number. Tracking updates are provided through the order-status page after dispatch.
