Fulfilment origin and processing
Orders will be fulfilled from Shenzhen, China. Order processing normally takes 2–7 business days before dispatch.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$79 or more for any supported destination. Item count alone does not qualify an order for free shipping.
Orders under the free-shipping threshold
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$79 are charged the standard destination rate: US$7 per item to the United States; the existing per-order rates remain US$6 to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and most supported European countries, US$8 to Canada, and US$10–12 to selected longer-distance destinations. The exact supported-country rate and estimated 7–30 business-day transit window will be calculated before payment.
Duties and tax
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination. Strange Mammal will apply the required checkout tax treatment for registered markets; any amount not collected at checkout may be charged by customs or the delivery carrier. Orders are declared at their actual purchase value.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking number. Tracking updates are provided through the order-status page after dispatch.
