Ordering and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Oceanpayment is our primary website payment provider. PayPal is an additional option when available at checkout. Review your selected items, sizes, quantities, shipping address, discounts and final total before approving payment. An order is paid only when payment has been confirmed. Keep your order number and payment record. For a custom order, upload the agreed order sheet and enter the agreed total including shipping; paid custom orders are reviewed before production.
Fulfilment and support
Our apparel is manufactured and supplied from China. Orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China. Delivery estimates are shown before payment and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Contact customer service when an order needs attention; do not send an item back unless specific instructions are provided.
