Requesting a return
Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact strangemammaltee@gmail.com or use the order-problem form with your order number and checkout email. For a quality issue, provide clear photos showing the problem so our customer-service team can verify it. Our customer-service team will respond with the review outcome within 3 business days of receiving your return and refund request. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item back.
Verified quality issues
Once our customer-service team verifies the quality issue and approves the request, we will arrange the return and refund. Strange Mammal covers all costs associated with the approved quality-related return and refund.
Size and fit returns
Please check the detailed size chart on the product page before ordering. Returns due to the size or fit you selected are not free. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with a size-related return. If we sent a size different from the one ordered, contact customer service so we can review the order error.
Return shipping fees
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return and refund timeline

Refund method and status
Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the original purchase. A return request or approval does not mean a refund has been completed.
