Payment method

Website payments are charged in U.S. dollars. Oceanpayment is our primary payment provider for card payments and supported wallets. PayPal is an additional payment option. The methods available for your order and device are shown at checkout; wallet availability may vary. Review your shipping address and the final total before approving payment. If you arrange an order separately on Alibaba.com, use the payment process shown on that platform; your website cart is not transferred automatically.

Payment security

Payment credentials are handled through the payment interface of Oceanpayment or PayPal, according to the method you choose. Strange Mammal does not store payment-card numbers. Do not email card details or passwords to customer service. For payment through Alibaba.com, review the payment and privacy information shown on that platform.

Order verification

An inquiry, a saved cart or a payment request is not proof of payment. Check the order confirmation and payment status on the platform where you place your order. When contacting us about an existing website order, provide its order number and checkout email.

Customer confidentiality

Public order status requires both the order number and checkout email. Transactional email, fulfilment and tracking providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.
